MSA ReBill is a ReBill telephone service for locations that are not directly connected to MSA’s network.

It is ideal for calls to international numbers, Australian geographic numbers, Australian GSM and CDMA mobile phones and selected operator services. MSA ReBill is accessible to business customers via preselection or via carrier override.
